Shipping and Return

SHIPPING:

All orders will be shipped by UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. MOST orders ship same day from our primary ware-house in Irvine, CA if received by 3PM ET. Priority Shipments ONLY until 4 PM ET. All orders and shipment confirmations can be confirmed electronically by e-mail. Please keep us up to date with your preferred e-mail address. International DSM Group offers shipping on 3rd party accounts as a courtesy for accounts in good standing and do our best to accommodate your requests to ship on your specified shipping account. In the event that this does not happen, shipments are made at the discretion of International DSM Group and ultimately the dealer is responsible for all freight charges incurred. Orders not meeting minimum order amount will not qualify for third party billing. We cannot ship on 3rd party UPS shipping accounts if the order does not meet our minimum order value of $50.00. As of May 1st, 2013 E-Commerce dealer are not permitted to use any 3rd party shipping accounts. Additional residential, lift gate & inside delivery charges may apply to truck freight orders. RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Return shipments without prior authorization will be refused. International DSM Group permits Returns/Exchanges, within 30 Days of Purchase via a previously arranged Return Authorization number issued by International DSM Group. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be credited less freight (except for in warranty repairs or items shipped in error by International DSM Group). All credits will be issued in the form of a house credit. Custom Items (ie. Cables, Wall Plates, Rack Panels) May Not Be Returned. Bulk Cable Cut to Order by the foot is non returnable, nor are Electrical Components, Connectors or Adapters which have been Installed and/or terminated. Any returns over 30 days are subject to refusal (must be in resellable condition). Special Order, Non-Stock items and Drop Shipped items from International DSM Group manufacturers may be subject to vendor restocking fees in addition to International DSM Group's. BEFORE returning items for any reason, an RA# (return authorization) must be obtained by completing, signing and faxing this form from Customer Service Department. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued within 24-48 hours of us receiving the completed form.

Each refund check processed will incur a $10.00 processing fee.

Please Note: You have 15 Days to Return the merchandise once a Return Authorization has been issued. The RA# will Automatically EXPIRE after that time and refused at our dock.
