The GaffGun is the single greatest advancement in gaffer's tape since the tape was invented. Using patent-pending CoreLok technology, you can use any type or size of GaffGun tape on the same device. Cables don't even have to be straight the GaffGun straightens and centers your cable(s) and then lays tape on them.GaffGun's optional FloorGuide (sold separately) allows for the effortless application of double-sided carpet tape, dance floor tape, spike tape, caution tape, etc. Using the FloorGuide, tape sticks directly to the ground-and the possibilities are endless.The GaffGun works based on a series of interchangeable CableGuides. Select the right CableGuide for the size and number of cables you're taping, snap it in, and you're ready to go.

Please note! GaffGun ships with the patent-pending "small" CableGuide which allows 2" tape to be used with the GaffGun. 2" tape can be used to cover 1 to 2 standard XLR cables, or fewer cables of larger diameter.

Small CableGuide: 1-2 XLR cables; 10/16" wide funnel opening; 0.7" funnel ground clearance.
Medium CableGuide: 3-4 XLR cables; 1-1/8" wide funnel opening; 0.7" funnel ground clearance .
Large CableGuide: 5-6 XLR cables; 1-3/8" wide funnel opening; 0.7" funnel ground clearance.

Tape is sold separately! And remember, if all you need to do is lay down tape and you don't need to cover cables, then the GaffGun FloorGuide is required!. Using the FloorGuide, tape sticks directly to the ground-and the possibilities are endless.

Do I have to use GaffGun tape? The simplest answer is yes. If you have a Gaffgun then only tape wound on the orange plastic GaffGun core will fit over the GaffGuns patented "corelock" locking mechanism.
